Bio
Since 2006, I've worked with startups, small businesses and the largest organizations in the world to design and build user-centered digital experiences that create business value. I've never been more thrilled about the intersection of technology and design and its impact on humanity.

Work
Google 2017 — now
Designing security-centric products that enable Alphabet to lead the world in keeping people's data — and the internet — safe for everyone.
Before that I was focused on transitioning Google+ from a consumer-centric social platform to a business-centric internal communications platform named Currents.
Experian 2016 — 2017
Led a design team focused on experiences that made credit acquisition more accessible and debt collections more friendly.
Oakley 2013 — 2016
Led a design team to improve the Oakley.com Custom experience for mobile, launch product/event/athlete marketing websites and ship a native app for a first-in-class "wearable" for runners and cyclists called Radar Pace built in collaboration with Intel.
Interests
Family
I'm a husband and father of four kids plus one labrador retriever. Full house!
Health and fitness
I'm on a lifelong quest to adopt healthy habits with food and exercise. I'm keen to increase my healthspan, outlive my genes and make each decade better than the one before. 3-on, 1-of, 2-on 1-off at CrossFit Backland.
Sobriety and addiction recovery
I'm building tools and resources to help others in addiction recovery. After living in recovery for over 7 years, I understand what it's like to feel hopeless in my addiction and find lasting freedom. Sometimes I write about my own experience on Substack. If you are struggling with addiction and are ready to get free, let's chat.
